ATLANTA – May 17, 2012 – The nation’s largest private independent provider of litigation discovery services, facilities management and knowledge process outsourcing, Document Technologies, Inc., today announced the introduction of a new logo and abbreviated trade name of DTI. The new name reflects the moniker by which the company is largely known among both existing clients and the market at large, and better accommodates its continued geographic and service expansion. In addition, DTI launched a new website that helps clients better understand the broad scope of services and technology offered across discovery, facilities management and knowledge process outsourcing solutions.

Founded in 1998, DTI rapidly expanded services and supported geographies through a combination of organic growth and acquisition. I wanted to take the time and send out this email to say thank you to Brooks and Ed for sacrificing their Thanksgiving weekend and assisting one of the Troutman Sanders attorneys Jessie Martin on getting ready for her arbitration taking place this week. Brooks came in late Thanksgiving day and worked on a rush copy job for Jessie that was needed first thing early Friday morning ( Nov. 25^th) also, Brooks and Ed were here all day on Friday and Saturday pushing out a hug copy job ( over 10,000 pages) organizing the documents and placing them in binders( about 40 in total). The job was very time consuming and tedious, a job in which they both performed well in getting it done and ready for this morning’s meeting. Great job guys on getting it done and making sure all of Jessie’s needs were taking care of.

This morning I came in to an “URGENT, URGENT” email from Sean Sullivan, sent from home, asking me to have a huge notebook picked up in North Raleigh, only available for 4 hours today, and essential ASAP because we just got a BIG new case from an old client. The entire GIGANTIC notebook (I am emphasizing the size because it was tremendous and had maps, etc.) then had to be copied here and returned back to sender within this four hour window. I forwarded Sean’s email to Office Services at 8:35 with a note asking somebody to please attend to it quickly. By 8:37, when I went down there to check in person to see if anyone had seen my email, Mike had already called Legal Wheels and had them on the way; filled out the messenger instruction sheet (which I had neglected to do, in my caffeine-deprived state); and assured me that he had the copier loaded and ready for the copy job and had notified Legal Wheels about the return trip (naturally he had already filled out THAT messenger request form too); and all of this with a huge smile on that handsome face and SUCH a pleasant manner – so polite, so helpful, and so efficient. Such a delight to work with a man like that!! If that’s not a super way to start a day, I don’t know what is. Sean was IMPRESSED. That is ONE SUPER EMPLOYEE. He is a joy to work with and everyone says the same thing.

Well we completed our annual fire drill this morning (in the rain) with the assistance of your dependable and reliable staff. It takes coordination, advance preparation, documentation and planning to make it happen. And, today we did just that! I wanted to send you an email to let you know how grateful I am for everyone working in the Washington, DC DTI office. I have had to send out some very last minute filings that required DTI to print off and organize a large number of documents very quickly and efficiently at the last minute. DTI staff members have worked diligently and with a sense of urgency that I needed as I was trying to get these filings out the door. We at Ropes have been able to meet very rigid filing deadlines only because of the efficiency of your staff. I want to especially thank Tracy for helping to oversee these printing jobs. He has helped coordinate these filings at the last minute when I really needed a helping hand. He, along with the other DTI staff members have helped me coordinate with the couriers to ensure that the filings are successfully delivered on time. We at Ropes in the DC office are very lucky to have such a great DTI staff. A very huge thank you to you and your entire staff!

I would like to acknowledge the excellent work of Philip Johnson. He assisted me in copying a very large number of documents (7,966 in all), many in color. I gave him the job at about 4:00 p.m. on Friday evening and the copies (with originals) were in my office when I arrived in the office at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. In handling big cases, this is the great service that we need.

Hey Mark. Hope all is well. I had to file a brief in the Appeals Court today and if you’re not familiar with doing that, it isn’t a whole lot of fun; we usually go right up against the deadline to file. I tapped into Javier Rodriguez to help me out with scanning and copying; I’m having a nervous breakdown and Javier was very calm and maintained his composure throughout the entire ordeal – it was amazing. When Javier took his lunch break, Kim McLeon jumped in without hesitation and took over where Javier left off. Just thought you should know that I think NMRS is very fortunate to have both of them onsite. They always go above and beyond. Happy Thanksgiving!

The Radiology poster turned out great and our management team was extremely impressed that I was able to get them printed (and laminated!) the same day. Your staff was both friendly and efficient and went above and beyond to assist me, which was greatly appreciated. I know your department must be very busy at all times so it was even more impressive that you were able to complete my request in the manner in which you did.
